| Description of the problem | 2008 jeep wrangler unlimited ejects fuel from the filler neck at every fill up. When filling the gas tank some sort of back pressure is being created, when the tank is full and the pump clicks off, it is too late 4 to 8 ounces of fuel is ejected from the filler neck on the ground, vehicle and in some cased the person fueling the vehicle. I see from searching the web that this is happening to many jeep owners, here is a video i located on you tube , this is one of many posted online http://www. Youtube. Com/watch? V=v6w487onkso. I feel this is a real safety concern and is something that jeep should be repairing on a recall basis. |
