Description of the problem	New to me 2008 jeep wrangler x unlimited has fuel overfill spill problems every time i fill with fuel, ever since the first time i filled the tank. Gas pump shuts off and fuel continues to spit out of the fuel fill of the jeep. I estimate that 1-2 cups of fuel come out, some of splashes onto me and some if runs down the side of the vehicle. Dealership says it is a known problem but my vehicle is not covered so they want $600+ to replace the fuel tank.
