Description of the problem	Air bag light is on. Horn and cruise also quit working when this occurred. Rear ended a lady last fall and airbag failed to deploy, not sure it should have but still didn't. Can not ever fill the gas tank full due to fuel spilling out of the fill tube onto the ground, can get slightly more that 3/4 full.
