Description of the problem	My horn started blowing on its own with no control from the horn button. It will blow for about 30 seconds randomly then shut off. Sometimes while the car is driving but mostly when the car is off with the key out of the ignition. It will also be set off sometimes by locking the car when the horn is supposed to sound. Its unsafe when it goes off while im driving and also that i can not honk it while driving in the event of someone trying to turn or merge into me. This seems to be an issue with the clock spring inside the steering wheel.
