Description of the problem	While driving, lights came on, flashers came on, wipers came on and horn blaring. Was told that it was the tipm (totally integrated power module). Checked with dealer, $260 for part, $180 for labor but there are almost 300 on backorder and no estimate time to get the part in (part #rlb92236ai). Why is this not a recall??? I even felt a loss of power steering during this event. Are we just suppose to just sit around for 3-6 months to get the part?
