Description of the problem	Horn does not work when pushed, but horn sounds off when locking or alarm, as it should. Asked dealership to fix it soon after we bought and they would not. Didn't think dealership could sell defective car. Took jeep to get checked and mechanic could not find anything wrong. Mechanic recommended replacing part for a total of approximately $600. 00.
