Description of the problem	The air bag warning light and chime come on randomly multiple times while operating the vehicle. The issue is due to a malfunctioning or defective clockspring in the steering column. This was confirmed to be the issue with my vehicle by faircy boys jeep dealership in colorado springs, colorado. There has already been a recall or warranty extension on the same model jeeps but only for 2007. This same issue is occurring in the 2008 models, and so the recall needs to be extended to this model year as well.
