| Description of the problem | My airbag light went on a couple years ago and i was told it was the clockspring by a mechanic at jeep but there was no recall on my jeep . There has only been a recall on " right hand driving" jeeps for this part. I have tried to argue with chrysler about this because there is no reason that light would go on. The are refusing to look into it more and see if it was possible that other units have this issue and refuse to cover it because my car is not a right hand driving unit. I am very disturbed by this extreme safety issue that they will not cover when there has been a recall on similar jeeps. |
