| Description of the problem | While driving the vehicle stalled while coming to a stop. As it idled to ~600 rpms the engine died. The car was restarted, and the vehical stalled again at the next intersection. The only light that was lit was the throttle control warning light. Preceeding this occurrence, on 6 separate occasions, the throttle control warning light would come on while driving. The only direction in the manual was to turn the vehicle off and then on again. I have seen several complaints about this stall bug associated with the 2007 jeep wrangler jk. I could only hope that this did not occur again, and am fortunate it occurred while i was at low speeds.*ak |
