Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler 4x4. On several occasions, the vehicle would bounce. While driving 65 mph, the contact noticed that the vehicle was bouncing up and down and the front tires were not touching the road. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the strong damper failed. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred two months later while driving 60 mph. The contact had to apply maximum pressure to the brakes and crashed into the median. The crash caused damage to the tie rod. There were no injuries. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but they could not find any failures. The contact called the manufacturer and reported the issue that he was experiencing. An inspector was sent to inspect the vehicle and stated that he could not share his findings. The contact is currently waiting for a response from the manufacturer. The failure mileage was 20,900 and current mileage was 32,500.
