| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler 4 door 4x4. While driving 50 mph, the steering shook violently. Through research, the contact discovered that the failure was a death wobble, in which the vehicle's harmonic action causes the front end to vibrate. The vehicle will shimmy severely to the point where it needs to be slowed down or pulled over. The dealer stated that nothing could be done and found no failures with the vehicle. The vehicle is currently at her residence and has not been repaired. The failure and current mileages were 52,000. |
