| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler 4x4. While driving 45 mph, the contact lost control of the vehicle and it shifted from left to right. He drove into a ditch, but was able to drive to his residence at 5 mph. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the front differential bracket failed. The dealer would not repair the vehicle because it had a tire modification. The esp sensor was reprogrammed three times, but the brakes continued to lock. The manufacturer advised the contact to take the vehicle to another dealer to have the front differential bracket replaced under warranty. The current mileage was 21,000 and failure mileage was 16. |
