Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler 4x4. While driving 65 mph or greater in windy conditions, the hood would vibrate and elevate half an inch. The dealer installed two rubber stops under the hood; however, the failure continued. As of november 13, 2007, the dealer had not repaired the vehicle. The failure mileage was 800 and current mileage was 15,140.
