Description of the problem	When driving my vehicle in windy conditions or when passing trucks on the highway either from the front or rear, the hood will move up and slam against the stop. It is so hard you can see the movement and hear the hood hit the safety catch. It will do this anytime there is a buffeting wind from the front or side. I am concerned the the hood will fail and come off and hit the windshield with a disastrous force.
