| Description of the problem | Jeep wrangler has had an issue when filling the gas tank with fuel overflow at time of full tank. The pump will not shut off and gas is spilled on vehicle and ground. Happens everytime i fill up since about 12k miles on odometer. Have heard that jeep will pay for repairs for jeeps manufactured beginning march 2007. There are many of us, like myself, that have jeeps manufactured earlier (mine was manuf. October, 2006 - 2007 model) that are having this issue and i would like jeep to over coverage for replacement of the gas tank as they are doing for others. This is an extreme safety issue and environmental hazard. Please assist. Thank you. |
