Description of the problem	Over the pass two months as i fill the gas tank of my 2007 jeep wrangler once the tank is full and the pump stops the flow of gas, gas spits back out of the fuel inlet with some force behind it. Other than gas covering my hands and legs no injuries have resulted from this but with the force that it does come out of the inlet it could easily get in to someone's eyes, not to mention the effect of gas covering my hands every time i fill my gas tank. I have brought it to my local dealer and they have told me i need to replace my gas tank as there is a vent that is part of the tank that can not be replaced without changing the whole tank at a cost of 610. 00 this sounded odd to me so i started looking in to it and found a large number of this happening to other people. That in turn led me to your web site and this complaint form. I have an open case file in with jeep but have not got an answer as i write this. I have read the investigation you have done into this and my only comment to that is just because no one has been hurt yet does not make it safe.
