Description of the problem	Fuel splashes out of filler neck on my 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited at fill-ups when the pump automatically shuts off. It has occurred in warm and cold weather, and at several different gas stations both with and without vapor recovery type nozzles. An estimated 1-2 cups of fuel can splash out, getting all over me, the vehicle and the ground. Originally the problem never occurred, but now happens 50% or more of the time having started perhaps two years ago. I thought it might just be me until i learned recently nhtsa was looking into the issue. This problem can be a potential fire/explosion hazard, as i often see idiots smoking while refueling their vehicles. Not to mention other potential health and inconvenience issues due to contact with gasoline.
