Description of the problem	I own a 2007 jeep wrangler unlimited rubicon. The vehicle has 16,000 miles. Beginning at about 12,000 miles, when filling the gas tank, the tank consistently overflows, regardless of level of fill, gas station or weather conditions. Approximately 8 to 32 oz of gas flows or spurts from the filler neck. This condition represents a personal injury risk, fire hazard and environmental issue. As the vehicle is beyond warranty, jeep refuses to address this serious issue. Based on jeep blogs, this issue appears to not be an isolated one.
