| Description of the problem | For the past two winters, every time i fill up my 2007 jeep wrangler, if i allow the pump to automatically shut off, fuel blows out the filler and gets all over the jeep, the ground, me and sometimes the pump. This does not happen if i shut off the pump manually well before the vehicle is full. I should also note that there is a lag between the time the pump shuts off and the time the spill occurs of approximately 2-3 seconds. |
