Description of the problem	Fuel spills out of the gas tank filler neck everytime i fill the gas tank. Usually about 8-16 ounces of fuel spills down the side of the vehicle and onto the ground next to the vehicle. Environmental as well as a fire safety hazard. Have taken vehicle to factory dealer for the problem and they stated that they will replace the gas tank.
