Description of the problem	With 1/3 to 1/2 tank of gas, the vehicle will stall (and not restart) if idled facing downhill for a couple of minutes. This has happened when parallel parking as well as sitting at a red light in traffic. In order to restart the vehicle you must be able to drift it to level ground.
