Description of the problem	Instrument panel goes haywire,flickers, gauges go crazy(random) instrument panel goes out completely at start up and shifter is stuck in park position. When disconnecting the battery and reconnecting resets tipm and will then go back to normal. When turned off same problem again. Engine has stalled while driving also.
