Description of the problem	While driving at 65mph in 5th gear with a manual, engine hesitated and than all dash lights illuminated for approx 3 seconds, the engine then continued as normal and the lights went off. Outside temperature 55 degrees, lights on, no ac or heat. Radio off, no other electronics in use.
