Description of the problem	Vehicle gear shift cable busted and shifter pin damage. Due to poor quality item made out of plastic not made out of metal. Chrysler upgrade because part to new part but will not reimburse, they admit that part is faulty but sill would not make changes to other cars. Car would not move stuck in place.
