| Description of the problem | Over 8 times in the past month my 2009 jeep wrangler has violently slipped out of first gear when trying to accelerate. When this happens the car stops suddenly and there is a loud bang like one would expect in a rear end collision. I am lucky this has not happened while in an intersection or while trying to avoid a collision. The dealership will not even look into the problem if they cannot re-create the incident which happens at unpredictable times. This has the potential for serious injury not only for me but others. |
