| Description of the problem | 2009 jeep wrangler with six speed manual transmission. On start from standing stop transmission will slip actual "pop" out of first gear. Problem is random and intermittent but will occur two to three times during a driving day. Car has left me vulnerable in traffic as i try to re-engage transmission to get out of oncoming traffic's way. Search on web indicates it is a known problem to owners of 2007-2009 jk wrangler owners but jeep has not issued any tsb or other fix. Dealer will not repair intermittent problem. I am going to get killed in this thing if they don't fix it. |
