Description of the problem	About 1/2 a gallon of gas overflows and spills when filling up the gas tank of a 2009 jeep wrangler. This happens everytime i fill up the tank and the side body panel and part of the rear bumper as well as the ground get soaked with gasoline. I've contacted the dealer regarding the issue but since a recent recall only includes 2007 and 2008 models, my jeep could not get fixed.
