Description of the problem	Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6) waiting over 5 months to repair a recall notice form jeep. I called the dealer middle of november, they called back 1st week in december, stating parts were in and to come in and they would fix it. When i arrived they stated they did not have all the parts and i would have to come back. I am still waiting. It is the towing system, jeep states that you should not tow until it is replace. I have check each month and they keep telling me no parts are being made yet and they would let me know as soon as they get them. Now i have a second recall and this one is for the trasmission, well this one take forever to repair. [xxx]
