Description of the problem	Leaving work, about 1 mile away on a flat straight road doing about 45-50 mph the front end started shaking violently. Had to come to a complete stop. Started driving again and around 45 mph i could feel it start again, let my foot of the gas and as it slowed down it stopped. Could not do more than 40 mph for the ride home from work. Called dealership, they are going to look at it on 5/5/14.
