| Description of the problem | When driving my new 2008 jeep wrangler sahara on the highway , the hood seems lose as it "moves" around at highway speeds. If there is a wind the hood pops up a few inches. On a 2 lane highway a big transport truck went by in the opposite direction and i swear the hood jumped up 6 inches. Chrysler says this is normal. What is so normal about the hood threatening to open? What about in a few years when the (rubber/plastic) hood retainers start getting old? |
