Description of the problem	My son was driving his 2008 jeep wrangler and the brakes failed. This caused him to hit the car in front of him at a slow speed with minor damage and no injuries. The police officer tested the brakes and said that they were not working the car was towed home.. There was no ticket given. The vehicle has 24000 miles on it and is in excellent condition. I drove the vehicle the prior day and did not notice anything wrong with the braking system.
