Description of the problem	Chrysler safety recall j24, mopar tow bar. There appears to be a problem within chrysler/jeep ability to fix the problem. Even though the recall affects only 308 units the repair parts are not readily available. Dealers are restricted to ordering only one repair kit per week. The dealer knows nothing the chrysler hot line assured me (after i inquired about the repair) that the repair kit for my vehicle would be sent to the dealer. They answered my question of when by saying they didn't know when the kit would be sent. Great. No more vacation travel pulling a jeep behind the rv until the kit finally comes in. It appears that notification of a problem and solving the problem are not one in the same.
