Description of the problem	When pressing the unlock button from the key transmitter, the lights, horn, wipers and windshield washer fluid all start going off. After starting the vehicle the same thing happens when the vehicle is moved to reverse. While driving, the instrument cluster starts flashing. Problem was resolved by replacing the tipm. 2008 jeep is not part of the recall for the tipm
