Description of the problem	The steering wheel momentarily wouldn't turn until i forced it and broke what i'm assuming is the clockspring assembly. Very dangerous if my mom or someone else who wouldn't have been able to force the break while driving the jeep. The airbag, abs, esp, and traction control lights all came on in the dash. There is a white ribbon wire now hanging out between the steering wheel and column.
