| Description of the problem | I own a 2007 jeep wrangler rubicon. It has begun to experience what is known on user forums as a death wobble. When driving at 40mph + speeds, if the tires hit a fairly large bump, the entire front end shakes violently, causing the steering wheel to whip left and right. Because of the shaking, shuddering and whipping of the steering wheel, loss of control becomes imminent and sudden braking is the only option left to the driver attempting to regain control of the vehicle. This has occurred several times despite repeated inspections. |
