| Description of the problem | Tl*- the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler, and while driving off the ramp of a highway at 20 mph the brakes would not engage properly. The vehicle started to vibrate ,and the contact heard a loud grinding noise. About 10 times and the majority of the time, it was when the vehicle was on an incline. The contact took vehicle to the dealership, and they stated that there was a problem with the electronic stability program (esp), and that in order for contact to avoid the failure he would have to keep the esp deactivated.
