Description of the problem	Filling the fuel tank till the pump nozzle shuts off automatically will result in a fuel spill. This condition has existing since new. Rate of occurrence is approximately 8 out of 10 fillings. Resulting spill is sufficient to wet the side of the vehicle, left end of rear bumper, and the ground below the fill port. Spill quantity estimated at approximately 8 - 10 ounces of fuel each occurrence.
