Description of the problem	The chrysler group llc and midway jeep chrysler located at 777 camino del rio south in san diego, ca are colluding the deny consumer rights afforded me under state and federal law, breach of contractual obligations and violation of state and federal clean vehicle emission regulations. I purchased a 2007 jeep wrangler x on april 13th, 2007. Since then, i have to add 6 quarts of oil between oil changes. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership to have the problem resolved under the terms of the vehicles warranty. After cursory examination that included visually checking the dip stick, visually checking the spark plugs, pvc, and cvc valves, i was told the service manager for midway jeep chrysler stated that using 6 quarts of oil between oil changes is perfectly normal and midway jeep nor chrysler will not perform any other investigative diagnostics, nor make any repairs to vehicle.
