| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 jeep wrangler with 8500 miles. The contact was driving 65 mph under normal dry conditions when the vehicle stalled. The contact tried to restart the vehicle while coasting, it would not restart so the contact was safely able to get the vehicle to the side of the road. When the vehicle stalled all of the electrical equipment shut off then came back on before the vehicle restarted. Once the vehicle was on the side of the road it restarted and she has not had any problems since. The contact called the dealer and made them aware of the failure and the dealer offered to replace the jeep with a new one. |
