| Description of the problem | Brand new 2007 jeep wrangler with 6,300 miles. Key became lodged in ignition and would not come out. Car could not be completely shut off so battery drain occurred. Took the car to the dealer and they don't know what the problem is. They kept the car to work on it without offering a loaner. Just wanted to report this in case there are other instances of keys becoming lodged in ignitions of new chrysler / jeep products. |
