Description of the problem	Horn goes on & stays on, wipers go continuously, wiper fluid flows constantly, back up lights go on, heater fan goes off & on, the engine continues to run with the key out of the ignition and the last time the abs came on while i was delivering mail and my brakes locked up. Once it happened while parked ( the engine was running without keys), all other times i was driving on rural roads and in developments, both driving home & delivering mail. I have video on my phone of the occurrence two separate times.
