Description of the problem	My wife has had her renegade for about 6 months now. We purchased it brand new. A couple weeks after we got it she was driving down the road in town and it started sputtering and shut off under a red light at a busy intersection and about got hit. After a couple minutes it finally started back and was able to get it off the road. Once off the road she let it sit and started it back up and attempted to drive home but it cut off again. We left it over night at the sheriff's dept and got it the next day and drove it to the dealership. We told them what was happening and they kept it for about a week and said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So after driving it for another couple of days it started messing up again. So yet again we took it back to the dealership and they kept it for about a week and said they fixed it. Now after a couple of months its doing the same thing as before and about caused her to get hit. It's back at the dealership so hopefully they will figure it out. But after reading all of the reports from other people i don't have much faith in that. Hopefully jeep will swallow their pride and recall the vehicles before someone gets killed.
