| Description of the problem | The front seats have worn and have little pulls in them. They look like the seats are many years old and like they have been washed and have fuzz on them. Took it to dealership and they took pictures and sent to chrysler and said they told them many people have complained about it but they wouldn't fix them. Told me that it looked worn from a foreign object moving across the seat. This was 3 months after i bought it brand new. They drilled a hole in my arm rest to mount the camera to take pictures of the seat and said they drilled it a little to big and sorry, didn't even say anything about how to fix it or anything. That's not the only problem with it but i'll file those complaints separate. |
