Description of the problem	I have been saving for ever to buy the card of my dream: a jeep renegade and i finally got it. I have been driving for thirty-five years and not even a parking ticket and with the same insurance for fourteen year (geico). One evening on my way to the supermarket and while making a left, i felt as if the vehicle was not moving, i kept pressing on the gas and it slide very slowly, and boom! I was hit on the back on the passenger side by an old pick truck. (a left in az, you are negligent). What a nightmare! The police taking the report was something that i could not explain, him talking and laughing with the young men that hit me as if he knew the relatives that came to aid. I called my insurance for a tow truck and they were unable because their computers were updating. I just knew that i was not negligent, and i was right. I received a safety recall for jeep renegade 2017 from the fca stating that a loss of fuel pressure may lead to an engine stall resulting in a sudden loss of motive power, which may cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. Remedy: all of the involve vehicles must have the fuel pump module replaced. To get an appointment at more chrysler to see if they had the part for the car it was a hassle, a lady at the service department had no idea if they had anything and finally today, i call several agencies i had idea existed (8/12/2019). Did i get an attorney? Unless there is death, dismemberment, diu an the such there is no case. My intact driving record is damage (that is another story of what i went through), i have floating ribs and pain in all parts of my body. I am grateful to be alive. The very least i want is vindication for my driving record. How?
