| Description of the problem | 2017 jeep renegade with removable roof panels. I was driving and the roof panel became detached and flew off my jeep. The jeep was on a normal country street going 35-40 mph. It shot off, flying backwards. It landed 50 feet behind me, in a front yard. It was 5 inches stuck in the mud/yard of a home. It was just the front panel and not the back panel. The button for the roof to slide no longer works, the panel is bent, it is curved. It would not go back on and no longer works the way it was meant to operate. |
