Description of the problem	Hood opens without me opening it. It happened 3 times so far. One time it happened on the parkway but it has the safety so it doesn't swing up. The shifting shifted so hard it made a clucken noise i thought the transmission went. That happened twice. The car only has 20,000 miles and the trans sounds like it's starting to go. I was driving both times.
