| Description of the problem | My vehicle was in motion on a 2 lane city road going up a mountain in tucson. Upon reaching the altitude of about 4000 feet, my vehicle started to stall out. Everything locked up, brakes, steering wheel, gas, etc. As the vehicle was stalling, i was able to pull off the road. At this point, my vehicle would not start. After about 20 minutes of waiting, i was able to restart it. We continued our ascent up the mountain, but it happened again about 3 minutes later. At this point, we cancelled our plans and went back down. There were no issues going down the mountain or afterwards. About a month later, we tried it again, and the same thing happened, but this time starting at around 3500 ft. |
