| Description of the problem | While driving at approximately 30 mph, the car jerks to shift into gear. The car has been at the service center 4 times for them to look into/address the issue. I've had endless hours on the phone with jeep/service center to get the car repaired. Each time it's taken into the shop, they can't seem to get the same issue to occur. However, it happens to us on a daily basis. I basically have given up hope in jeeps addressing this issue as we've received no resolution years later. I've also been informed it's the operating system within the jeep being a 9 speed, but it didn't do this from the start, it occurred about a year after purchase. |
