On several occasions, while attempting to start the vehicle, the push to start button was depressed; however, the vehicle failed to start. Additionally, on several occasions and while driving various speeds, a warning indicator illuminated suggested that the gear shift lever be shifted to the park position before shifting into a drive gear.
