Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2017 jeep renegade. The contact stated that while driving at 20 mph, she had blacked out and hit a tree. The contact stated that her side curtain airbags did not deploy upon impact. As the paramedics arrived at the scene, the contact and her two children were transported to a local hospital. Her eleven year son was treated for a broken c2 bone in his neck, her eight year old son was treated for a severe seat belt rash on his neck and hip, and the contact had been treated for vaginal bleeding and other bruises to various body parts.
